Ribfest in London is still a couple weeks away, but that doesn’t mean rib enthusiasts can’t satisfy their taste buds this weekend.
The St. Thomas Ribfest opens Friday at Pinafore Park and will run through Sunday.
This year marks the third installment of the St. Thomas Ribfest which began in 2014.
The weekend long event features top rib teams from across North America including Kentucky Smokehouse, Boss Hogs, Gator BBQ, and New York BBQ.
Admission is free to the public and the gates officially open at 4 p.m. Friday.
There will be a Kid Zone with a Splash Pad, Inflatables, Bubble Soccer, Face Painting, Balloon Animals, and many other fun activities.
