A 54 year-old Stratford man has been charged with impaired driving after allegedly driving erratically on an e-bike.
Perth County OPP were called to Perth Line 36 around 9:30 a.m. Friday, where officers say a man was on an e-bike and showed ‘obvious signs of impairment’.
Police arrested the man and was taken to the Sebringville OPP Detachment, where he failed two breathalyzer tests.
Jerome Connolly, 54, of Stratford has been charged with driving while ability impaired and driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol.
He will to appear in court on July 28th.
Connolly was also handed a 90 day license suspension.
