A strike or lockout have been averted at the General Dynamics plant in London.
Negotiators for the company and the Canadian Auto Workers union reached a tentative deal last night just hours before the midnight deadline.
Details of the offer won't be made public until it's ratified.
Some 600 CAW members are set to vote on it tomorrow.
