There's now hope the band will be able to play on in cooler weather in Southampton.
The southwestern Ontario community has secured a $60,000 grant from the province to put toward replacing its aging bandshell.
The current bandshell is so beat up it can only be used during the summer.
The estimate for replacing the concert venue is $200,000.
