London police are asking for help identifying a suspect involved in a downtown robbery. 

Police were called to King Street and Clarence Street on Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. for a report of a male and female fighting. 

The investigation revealed that the man had stolen the female's backpack after assaulting her, say police.

The victim was not injured. 

The suspect allegedly took property from the backpack before fleeing the area on foot.

He is described as a Caucasian male, 6’0", 200lbs and in his 30’s.
