An 18-year-old London woman has been charged after a crash that sent the driver and passenger on a motorcycle to hospital with major injuries.
Huron County OPP say Deanna Tidgwell has been charged with making an unsafe turn in connection with the collision on Sunday afternoon.
A Harley Davidson motorcycle headed southbound on Bluewater Highway was reportedly unable to avoid a northbound GMC Envoy making a left turn onto Turnbull’s Grove Road South.
The motorcycle driver, 56-year-old Wayne Mercer, and passenger, 55-year-old Darlene McConnell, both from Toronto remain in hospital with major injuries.
Tidgwell is set to appear in court in Goderich in July.
