Frigid temperatures kept the crowds small as bikers headed to Port Dover -- as they do every Friday the 13th.

Die-hard bikers were the only ones to brave the cold, for an event that has seen in the vicinity of 100,000 people in warmer weather.

This was only the second time this year Port Dover hosted such a celebration.

Provincial police were on the scene in the southern Ontario community on the shore of Lake Erie for the traditional biker gathering.

Still, many bars were stocked and ready to take in bikers that need a place to stay warm.
