An Aylmer man is charged after testing over the legal blood alcohol limit in an LCBO parking lot.
According to St. Thomas police, a 62-year-old man failed the roadside test Monday night shortly after 9 p.m.
He’s been charged with operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 mgs of blood.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
