A woman from North Middlesex is facing charges after allegedly slamming into an OPP cruiser.
Just before 1 p.m. Monday, a 53 year old woman driving a Jeep collided with a marked cruiser on Main Street in Lucan.
The police vehicle left the roadway and struck a vacant porch of a home. A property damage estimate is undetermined.
The driver of the Jeep was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and has been discharged. She has since been charged with "turn not in safety."
The OPP was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
