A London woman charged with three animal abuse offences, will be back in court in May.
Linda Boyd was charged in January with causing an animal distress, failing to provide necessary care and failing to provide sanitary conditions.
The London Humane Society removed 12 cats and seven dogs from her care in what officials called deplorable conditions.
Some of the animals needed immediate veterinary care.
Boyd's next court appearance has been set for May 26.
