A London man was sentenced to 10 years in prison today after pleading guilty to attempted murder.
Michael Sutton, 28, was sent away for choking a woman until she became unconscious in October of 2014.
The court heard that the victim continues to suffer from a lasting psychological injury because of the violent ordeal.
