A search warrant executed at a property north of Dresden, Ont. has led to the discovery of a marijuana grow op and the seizure of $100,000 worth of drugs.
Lambton County OPP, the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau and the Emergency Response Team searched the property on Bentpath Line around 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
Investigators say numerous plants in various stages of growth were seized along with drugs with a street value of over $100,000.
Hydro service had also been diverted around the meter and police say dangerous modifications had been made to the home to power the grow op.
No arrests have been made and police are asking anyone with information on this or other suspected grow ops to contact them at 1-888-310-1122 or to call Crime Stoppers.
