Mickey Mouse is in town today at Masonville Mall to help celebrate the Grand Opening of London’s first Disney Store.
Mickey along with Minnie was expected to be at the store this afternoon to take pictures with kids until 4 p.m.
Lineups started well before the Mall opened Saturday, with hundreds of people waiting to get in.
The store is a first for London and is a major part of Masonville’s plan to revitalize the mall along $77-million dollars towards renovations.
The Mall’s redevelopment features a two-level mall expansion into the former Sears store, which occupied an area of approximately 127,000 square feet.
The Richmond Street Keg Steak House will also be relocating into the mall later this year after issues with parking for patrons
