OPP are asking for public help to find 50-year-old Stephen Grant Richman, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of parole.
Richman is known to frequent the London, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto areas.
He is serving a nearly five-year sentence for assault with a weapon, weapons possession and a number of theft offences.
Richman is described as 5’8” tall, 161 pounds with blue eyes, grey hair and a long grey beard. He also has a tattoo of a rose on his left arm.
