A Puslinch Township man has been charged following the execution of a search warrant Wednesday.

According to police, members with the OPP executed a controlled drugs and substances search warrant on Watson Road in Puslinch Township in Wellington County.

Police say the search warrant revealed an indoor cannabis marijuana processing location.

Officers seized marijuana, cannabis resin and oxycodone pills. The combined estimated value is $1,203,053.

Police say they also seized trafficking equipment, a vehicle, a tractor and Canadian currency. The estimated value of the property is $29,000.

OPP has charged 49-year-old Donald Gilbert with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking and possession of oxycodone pills.

Gilbert was held in custody for a bail hearing.
