A woman suffered serious injuries following a crash on Gainsborough Road Wednesday afternoon.
Around 1:15 p.m., emergency crews were called to a car that crashed into a tree on Gainsborough Road west of Hyde Park Road.
Workers pulled the woman from the wreckage and she was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Gainsborough is blocked off between Hyde Park Road & Denfield Road while rescue crews continue their efforts and police investigate.
