After 10 days, dozens of events and lots of musical acts - the 21st edition of The Pride London Festival comes to a close Sunday with a record-breaking Pride Parade.

Over 100 floats, many by new businesses and organizations to the festival, will take off at 12:30pm from the Western Fair District, heading down Queens Ave., then Wellington, destine for Victoria Park where closing ceremonies will be held.

This is the first year the parade has had over 100 floats. The milestone comes one year after it reached a record 100 float entries.

Thousands are expected to line the streets for the parade.

Former London Police Chief Brad Duncan will be this year's Parade Grand Marshal.

In 2011, Duncan became the first London Police Chief to march in the parade.

"The parade is meant to be a fun celebration that welcomes everyone and supports all lifestyles." said Festival President, Andrew Rosser.

A big focus of this year's festival has been the "Hear It! Stop It! #Nobystanders" campaign, which asks people to pledge to stop others from using homophobic slurs in their communities.
