A single-vehicle rollover near Belmont left a man with life-altering injuries.

OPP say the crash happened just after midnight Thursday at Dorchester Road near Avon Road in Elgin County.

They say a Ford F-150 truck was southbound on Dorchester Rd when a witness saw the head lights rolling. The truck then went off the roadway and rolled, ejecting a 20-year-old Malahide Township man and a 20-year-old Aylmer man.

All three men were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, but one man's injuries were deemed life altering.

Police say driver speed and error may have been a factor in the crash.

Police charged a 21-year-old Malahide Township man with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily, harm, two counts of driving while impaired causing bodily harm and having a blood-alcohol level above zero.
