A weapons call on Tuesday evening has led to the arrest of a 21-year-old woman.
Woodstock police were called to the 7-11 Variety Store on Huron St. around 6 p.m. for a report of a weapon.
A woman with what appeared to be a toy handgun was located inside the store and arrested.
During the arrest however, police say the female kicked a police officer. The plastic handgun was located on the female.
Julia Charlton of Embro, Ont. is charged with possession of an imitation weapon, causing a disturbance, public mischief and assault a peace officer.
She is scheduled to appear in a Woodstock court in February.
