London police have now charged a third man with second-degree murder in the March death of 29-year-old James Willits.
Brandon Christopher Nichols, 34, was originally charged with robbery. He now faces the upgraded charge along with Steven Barry Antone, 22, and 31-year-old Ronald Travis Chrisjohn.
Antone was on the run from police until his arrest earlier this month at a residence on Arbour Glen Crescent.
Willits was found suffering from severe head trauma at his Base Line Road West apartment on the morning on March 2 and rushed to hospital where he died.
Police say three men known to Willits were involved in an altercation with him at the complex.
