A London teen has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man in the neck with a pellet gun.

According to police, three men were in the rear of a residence on Wavell Street shooting a pellet gun on Wednesday night around 7 p.m.

Investigators say a neighbour approached the males and asked them to leave the area, but when an argument ensued, the man grabbed his own pellet gun.

The 18-year-old then allegedly shot one of the men in the neck, sending him to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Markus Lutes of London has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, point firearm and careless use of a firearm.
