The Salvation Army's 126th annual Kettle Campaign kicks off this Friday at the London Knights game.
Officials from the Sally Ann will be on hand for the ceremonial puck drop.
Kettles will be located on the main floor of Budweiser Gardens until the end of the first intermission.
The game starts at 7 p.m.
In 2015, over 5600 London households received a food hamper at Christmas and almost 40,000 visited the community and family services food bank.
This year's goal in London is $500,000.
