In response to questions from CTV News, Public Safety Canada has released a brief statement on Aaron Yoon, the London man being released from prison in Mauritania after he was held on terrorism charges.
CTV asked whether Yoon would return to Canada, if he would face any charges upon his return and whether he can be turned away at customs if he arrives back in Canada.
Jean Paul Duval, media relations spokesperson for Public Safety Canada said in an email "In response to your questions, I can say that security agencies take appropriate steps to keep Canadians safe. We are not gointo comment any further on this case."
