A woman is dead and a man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting at a home in Milverton on Tuesday night.
Perth County OPP responded to 11 Edward Street around 10 p.m. following a 911 call from the home.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and has been identified by police as 17-year-old Nicole Wagler of Milverton.
Tyler Baker, 22, also of Milverton was rushed to London Health Sciences and remains in critical condition.
Police have laid first degree murder and attempted murder charges against 23-year-old Michael Schweitzer, also of Milverton.
Schweitzer appeared in a Stratford court on Wednesday and is expected back on Friday.
All three appear to have ties to Northwestern Secondary School in Stratford.
