A 19-year-old female from London is facing charges after OPP say a suspected stolen vehicle struck one of their cruisers.
Just after 4 a.m. police observed the suspected stolen Honda SUV eastbound on Highway 402. According to police the SUV exited at Centre Road and was stopped by traffic congestion before striking a responding police cruiser.
Damage to the cruiser was minor and there were no injuries in the incident.
Police arrested the female driver and she was taken to hospital for assessment.
The 402 off ramp at Centre Road is open but police remains on scene.
