Provincial police seized drugs and cash valued at nearly $130,000 following a search of a Dyers Bay home on Tuesday.
Cannabis marijuana bud and liquid cannabis resin valued at $129,000 and $660 in cash was seized.
As a result, Leroy Dirckx is charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin, production of cannabis marijuana and mischief under $5,000.
He was released from custody on a promise to appear in an Owen Sound court on Nov. 27.
Officials say an arrest warrant is being sought for a second male who will face the same charges.
