Starting next month, more off-road vehicles will be allowed to drive on the shoulders of Ontario's public roads.
That includes 'two up' ATVs, side-by-side ATVs and utility terrain vehicles.
Previously, only single-rider ATVs could operate on certain provincial and municipal highways.
Also beginning next month, all riders, including drivers and passengers of all ages, will have to wear a helmet, and use a seatbelt where applicable.
