Maple syrup season kicks off this weekend with lots of the sticky, golden sap flowing at the Kinsmen Fanshawe Sugar Bush in Thorndale, Ont.
Guided tours, hayrides, demonstrations and displays are available and you can also buy fresh maple syrup at the site.
Of course pancakes can also be had at the Sugar Shack or Pancake Pavilion.
The Fanshawe Sugar Bush is open weekends in March and during the March Break from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
