London's first baby arrived at 2:50 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Her name is Serena, daughter of proud parents Lanette and Roland Kym of Waterloo.
Serena weighed in at 5 pounds, 9 ounces.
“We are very excited on the birth of our beautiful baby girl, Serena,” says proud first time dad Roland.
To welcome the first baby of 2014, the pharmacist-owners of London and area Shoppers Drug Mart stores have donated a gift basket to baby Serena and her family.
Children's Health Foundation also included two teddy bears and London Health Science Foundation contributed a baby blanket for Serena.
