London Police are investigating an indecent act in an open area near the Thames River.

Police say it happened around 1:00 p.m. on June 21st, in an area bordered by the Thames River on the south, Adelaide Street on the west, Trafalgar Street on the north, and Egerton Street on the east. They say a man who was lying in the grass waved to a group of four passing females. They allege he unzipped his pants and exposed himself to them before leaving the area on a red and white bicycle.

The suspect is described as a white man with a dark tan, between 40 to 60 years old, with a thin build and missing teeth. He is balding, with short grey hair and a grey beard. He wore capri jeans and no shirt.
