Officials are investigating another fatal fire in Woodstock.
Emergency crews were called to 38 Kensington St. around 5:35 a.m. Monday.
The house was engulfed once fire crews arrived.
Once, inside a man in his 70s was discovered.
A firefighter was also injured during the incident and was sent to hospital but later released.
It's not clear how it started at this point.
The Ontario Fire Marshal has been called in to investigate.
This is the second fatal fire in Woodstock this month.
On Dec. 6, a man died in an apartment fire on Devonshire Aveune.
No word on a cause of that blaze.
