Police have charged a London man with sexual assault after a teenager says she was accosted by a male on a bike.
Police were called to the Wavell and Vancouver Streets area around 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
While police were searching for a suspect, another complaint was received from a teenage girl, saying she was also assaulted by a similar male.
Further investigation led them to 19-year-old Justin Forshaw, who has also been charged with assault.
