For the second time in less than two weeks, Perth County OPP are investigating the theft of Holstein calves from a farm in the Atwood area.

The most recent theft occurred sometime Monday morning.

Police say a 150 pound heifer, with the number 272 tagged on both ears, and an untagged 200 pound bull were removed from the farm, likely in a covered pickup truck.

Both calves were said to be black and white.

Two smaller calves were stolen from their hutches nine days earlier.

Police want to hear from anyone with relevant information.
