London police are warning the public about a pattern of break and enters at homes in the north and west areas of the city.

Police say in the past week four homes were broken into that saw jewelry and metals stolen. These instances took place on Balnagown Place, Valleyrun Boulevard, Rivertrace Close and Summit Avenue.

Using the Bair Analytics Inc. ATAC crime mapping and analytical tool, police were able to discover a pattern in relation to the break-ins.

Officers say the break and enters occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and the public is asked to secure valuables in safety deposit boxes and to be aware of persons loitering the area.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
