London police say arson has not been ruled out after a fire demolished a partially-built model home in northeast London.

The blaze started around 2 a.m. at 2004 Gough Avenue, off Sunningdale Road just east of Adelaide Street.

Emergency crews arrived to find the home was fully engulfed in flames.

Damage has been pegged at $65,000. The cause is unknown, but an investigation coontinues and it is being treated as suspicious.

The home collapsed into the basement, according to fire officials.

There were no reported injuries.
