Elgin County OPP have identified the drivers of two vehicles who died after a head-on crash on Highway 3 on Friday evening.
Pamela Keen, 60, of London and Patrick Harmon, 46, of St. Thomas died when the vehicles they were driving collided.
Police say the crash, which occurred around 6:30 p.m. about a kilometre east of Belmont Road, involved two cars and a pickup truck.
Officials say Keen's Pontiac Grand Prix was westbound on Highway 3 when it apparently crossed the centre line and collided with Harmon's eastbound Honda Civic.
A Dodge Ram pickup truck that was eastbound and had been following the Civic also collided with both vehicles, but the driver was not injured.
The Grand Prix caught fire as a result of the collision and Keen was unable to exit and pronounced dead at the scene.
Harmon was extricated from the vehicle and airlifted to Victoria Hospital with life-threatening injuries but later died in hospital.
An investigation into the collision continues.
