Lambton County OPP say a Sarnia man is facing charges after allegedly videotaping females in a St. Clair Township washroom.
Police say they became aware of an incident on Saturday that involved a man gaining access to a washroom and recording females.
Investigators discovered the footage on a hand-held device and have since seized the item.
According to officials, they are working with alleged victims as the investigation continues.
No details of the location where the incident happened have been released, but police say "they have identified and centralized the offence location and continue to consult with the affected facility in order to identify the affected victims."
OPP add that they are working to ensure victim confidentiality and privacy.
Pietro James Restivo, 32, of Sarnia has been charged with voyeurism.
He was released with conditions following a bail hearing and is scheduled to return to court on June 29th.
