An Owen Sound man was arrested twice in the span of a few hours this weekend.
Police say shortly aftern midnight Sunday they responded to the report of a male party in breach of his release conditions.
The 30-year-old man had been arrested in the late afternoon for failing to comply with conditions of his probation order.
The male was released on a promise to appear and within a few hours was found breaching both his probation and new release conditions.
The male was arrested again and now faces an additional six criminal charges including two charges of assaulting police. Neither police officer sustained any injury.
