There were two more complaints filed with the Ontario Ombudsman earlier this year about London city hall closed-door meetings, but this time councillors were right to shut the doors.

Complaints were filed about two separate committee meetings held in late January and early February.

The Ombudsman's office concluded Friday after an investigation that council acted properly in both cases and in compliance with the Municipal Act.

Last year, a gathering at Billy T's Tap and Grill was deemed a clear violation of the law by the Ombudsman, Andre Marin.
