A new study has found that London is one of the best Canadian cities for women to live in when it comes to quality of life.

London ranks sixth out of 25 Canadian cities studied by the research institute the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives.

The cities were ranked based on data from Statistics Canada comparing men and women’s quality of life in five areas: economic, education, health, leadership and personal security.

At the top of the list is Victoria B.C. followed by Gatineau Quebec in second. London is the highest Ontario city on the list, and one of three in the top ten. Barrie is close behind London in the eighth spot, while Oshawa rounds out the top ten.
