The ramp from the westbound Highway 402 to Highway 40 (Modeland Road) in Sarnia remains closed for clean-up after a crash.
OPP say the Ministry of the Environment was continuing their clean-up on Wednesday, and police will advise motorists when the ramp can be re-opened.
Two people were taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning involving commercial vehicles that shut down the off-ramp.
As a result of the crash, a 55-year-old Mississauga man has been charged with reversing on a divided highway.
He and a 58-year-old London man were treated for non-life threatening injuries following the crash.
