OPP are advising residents in the Shakespeare, Ont. area that a high-risk offender is now residing there.
Police say Danny Patrick Frail, 44, has completed a custodial sentence and been released from custody, and will be living at a Highway 7/8 address in the Perth County village.
Frail has previous convictions for possession of stolen property, obstructing justice, uttering threats, mischief under $1,000, assault, failing to comply with recognizance, failing to comply with probation and criminal harassment.
He is currently bound by a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, report to probation and parole office, have no contact with prior victims, and abstain from the purchase, possession or consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating or controlled substance.
Frail must also not possess any prohibited weapons, ammunition or devices, or anything that is designed or could be used as a weapon.
He is described as a white male, 5’7” tall, 167 pounds, medium build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
