Middlesex County OPP says charges have been laid after a transport truck rollover on the Highway 401 eastbound on ramp at Wellington Road, Tuesday.
Police closed access to both eastbound ramps from Wellington Road for a six hour period to assist with the removal of the truck. The driver suffered minor injuries.
Officers have charged 70-year-old Ryszard Krawczak of London with failing to drive in a marked lane under the Highway Traffic Act.
The driver was issued a provincial offence notice and released from the scene.
