The case involving a former RCMP officer charged with breach of trust and obstruction has been put over until June 13.
Veteran London RCMP Sgt., John Kowalczyk, 59, was arrested and charged in April after a 10 month police investigation.
In July 2012, the RCMP contacted the OPP regarding one of their officers. The details surrounding the allegations have not been released.
Kowalczyk resigned from the RCMP following his arrest. He worked for 20 years in the drug unit and led the Proceeds of Crime Unit in London.
