Drivers who frequent Highbury Avenue in the south end of London will have to take a new route for the next couple of days.
City crews are busy tearing up a section of the road between Glanworth Drive and Manning Drive after a sinkhole was discovered.
The sinkhole looks small from the road, however there is reportedly a lot of corrosion that has taken place underneath.
The city has to dig up the area and replace some pipes before the road can be re-opened.
It's clear at this point exactly how long it will take.
