Snowmobile collision claims the life of 58-year-old near Brucefield

A 58-year-old is dead after a snowmobile collision north of Exeter on Wednesday.

OPP say that they responded to a collision on Mill Road just west of the town of Brucefield just before 4:00 p.m.

Emergency services located an involved snowmobile and lone operator in a farm field south of Mill Road. The operator was taken to a local hospital where they later died.

The deceased is a resident of Bluewater, and the cause of the collision is currently being investigated.
