OPP have released the identity of the victim involved in a fatal collision in Oxford County Wednesday.
Police say Cornelius Thiessen, 29, of Aylmer, was pronounced dead in hospital after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 19 between Road 92 and Road 96 in Zorra Township.
The collision involved a tractor trailer and a car. The driver of the truck was uninjured.
The roadway remained closed for several hours while police conducted their investigation.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
