London police say a man has been taken into custody following a robbery at the BMO branch at 270 Dundas St.
Officers were called to the scene at Dundas and Wellington streets early Monday afternoon for reports of a bank robbery
The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, over 40 years old, 6' tall, balding with a tattoo under his right eye, wearing a dark green toque and a brown suede jacket with the words 'Sean John' on the back.
Shortly after releasing the suspect description on Twitter, police Tweeted that a male had been taken into custody.
There is no word on injuries or what was taken in the robbery.
