It’s moving day for St. Thomas Police Service.

Thursday will be spent packing, moving and unpacking for the big changeover on Friday.

Police say they have planned for this move for several months and are excited to get situated at their new police station located at 45 Caso Crossing.

The front doors at the old location 30 St. Catherine Street will be closed and locked at 9 a.m. on Friday.

The new location will be open and ready for service at that time, so police say there will be no disruption in service to our community.

Officers are asking the public to be patient during this time with non-emergency police calls. We will attend to all calls for service based on emergent needs until the move is complete.
