Two brothers are facing charges - with one charged with sexual assault - after Huron OPP searched a Fordwich residence earlier this month.
OPP obtained a search warrant for the home after a female told them she was sexual assaulted and threatened with a weapon on July 10, while temporarily staying at the residence.
OPP say they seized a pellet gun and 49 marijuana plants while there.
Charged with sexual assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon and production of a controlled substance is Chauncey Bolander, 32, of Fordwich.
His brother, Shane Bolander, 30, of Wroxeter, is charged with production of a controlled substance.
Both are in police custody. Chauncey Bolander is scheduled to appear in court in Goderich on Thursday and his brother is set to make a court appearance on Aug. 22 in Wingham.
